Bookings must me made in advance. Subject to availability. Gift cards must be presented at the time of redemption. Unfortunately, lost or stolen cards cannot be honored. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from day of purchase and are non-extendable. Vouchers can not be exchanged for cash. Any bookings which are cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged the full price of the voucher as per the company cancellation policy. Cannot be exchanged for cash.
